Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains how Neogen Aesthetic Surgery Clinic processes personal data through chirurgie-estetica.md, in line with the law of the Republic of Moldova, including Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Contact details you send voluntarily (name, phone, email, message) via forms or chat.
- Technical data needed to run the site (language preference, cookie choice).
- Usage and marketing data only if you accept those categories (pages viewed, conversions, ad identifiers).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replies and appointments — legitimate interest / handling your request.
- Site operation and remembering cookie preferences — legitimate interest / technical necessity.
- Analytics, marketing, chat, and Google Maps — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.
4. Cookies and services
- Strictly necessary: consent preference. Always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tags. Load only after accept.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel. Loads only after accept.
- Functional: contact widget and Google Maps. Load only after accept. The map transfers data (including IP address) to Google in the United States.
5. International transfers
Some services you may allow (Google, Meta) can transfer data to the United States or other countries without an adequacy decision. They are not enabled before consent. Site fonts and libraries are hosted locally, with no calls to Google Fonts or external CDNs.
6. Retention
Cookie preference is kept for at most 12 months. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and for applicable records. After expiry, consent is asked again.
7. Your rights
Under Law no. 195/2024 you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP). Requests: chirurgestetician@gmail.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
